By accessing or using RealeAI's website, applications, and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

RealeAI provides a software platform for real estate professionals, including without limitation:

• MLS property lookup and related property information
• AI-powered assistance for transactions, documents, and workflows
• Property analytics and market-related insights
• Document management and collaboration tools
• Professional networking and communication features offered as part of the Service

Specific features may vary by plan or region. The Service is intended for business and professional use in connection with licensed real estate activity where applicable.

Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it updated. You may not impersonate another person or entity or create an account if you are not authorized to do so.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful or deceptive content
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service except where prohibited law applies
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Pricing Plans

We may offer a Free Plan, a Professional Plan (currently $79/month), and an Enterprise Plan (custom pricing — contact us for a quote), among other offerings. Plan names, features, and prices are subject to change; current details are presented at signup or in your account.

Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated in a separate agreement. We may change pricing with at least thirty (30) days' notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Our Content

The Service, including software, branding, templates, documentation, and other materials we provide, is owned by RealeAI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription in accordance with these terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). You grant RealeAI a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, modify, and display User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

MLS and related listing data made available through the Service must be used only as authorized under your agreements, applicable MLS and IDX rules, and professional licensing requirements. You may not scrape, redistribute, or sublicense MLS data outside permitted uses. You are responsible for compliance with all third-party data terms and for verifying information before reliance or distribution to clients.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control may cause outages or delays.

Information Accuracy

Property, market, and AI-generated information may be incomplete or inaccurate. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealeAI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from or related to the Service in any twelve (12) month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or, if no fees were paid, one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100)).

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription according to your plan terms. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where practicable). Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
